F series freezer dryer uses the principle of refrigeration to cool the compressed air, so that the moisture in the compressed air is saturated and precipitated, and finally the compressed air is dried.
The design feature of the F-series refrigerated dryer is that the dried compressed air will be reheated by exchanging with the inlet compressed air before leaving the desiccant, and the inlet compressed air will be pre-cooled.
This is beneficial to reduce the consumption of cooling energy, and because the outlet temperature is increased, the possibility of condensate water reappearing due to the temperature drop of the back-end management is reduced.
